Join us for an evening with one of Italy's most collected wine families at Leola by Scott Conant, inside Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas. The Gaja family has made wine in Barbaresco since 1859, and it was Angelo Gaja who spent the 1960s onward insisting Piedmont belonged in the same conversation as Bordeaux and Burgundy. Four of those wines are poured here, with the Gaja brand ambassador in the room to talk through each one, alongside a five course Piedmontese menu built to sit beside them: bagna càuda, agnolotti del plin, a brasato al Barolo. The evening closes with a grappa distilled from the family's Brunello in Montalcino. One night only, and seating is limited.
