Savor has arrived at Baha Mar, and at Leola it takes the shape of a three course menu drawn from the dishes this room is known for. $70.00 per person, plus VAT and service charge, served nightly from 5 PM through 15 October.
Chef Scott Conant, a two time James Beard Award winner, built his name on Italian cooking that does not need complicating. The pasta is made by hand. The pomodoro is the sauce he is known for. What reaches the table is direct, generous and unmistakably his.
The room does the rest. Designed by RH on the casino level of Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, it recalls a 1920s Italian speakeasy, with velvet seating, gilded detail, chandeliers and the light kept low. Add a wine pairing for twenty dollars per glass (plus VAT and service charge), drawn from an Old World list with Barolo at its heart, and valet parking comes complimentary with every Savor reservation.

Finding Leola by Scott Conant
Leola sits on the casino level of Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, at 1 Baha Mar Boulevard on Cable Beach in Nassau.
The dining room runs to 8,800 square feet, designed by RH and dressed as a 1920s Italian speakeasy: velvet seating, gilded detail, chandeliers and low light throughout. Two bars for an aperitivo before you are seated. A terrace for evenings spent outside. An Old World wine list with Barolo at its centre. Dinner is served nightly from 5 PM to 10 PM, and dress is resort casual.
